E-EFKA is announcing a public tender for the lease of a property on 41 Stadiou Street, in Athens.
In the context of the best utilization of the real estate of e-EFKA, as pointed out in a relevant information, the management of the institution announced the tender of a public bidding through the submission of closed bids for the lease of an independent property owned by e-EFKA.
It is an independent five-storey property, with basement, ground floor, 5 pro-ground floor floors and a roof, with a total gross area of 8,453.08 square meters, on a plot of 1,225.83 square meters, at 41 Stadiou Street in Athens, where the store “FOKAS” was housed
The minimum monthly rent for the entire above property is set at 45,000 euros and the lease will be for a period of 15 years with the possibility of extension for up to 5 additional years, without tender, at the request of the tenant, and in accordance with the decision of board of the Agency.
According to what is stated in the announcement “In addition to the permitted uses by the Building Services (Urban Planning), Ministry of Culture, etc., the permitted uses by the e-E.F.K.A., are strictly limited and with a penalty of exclusion in the following :
• Use of Hotel, Tourist Accommodation, Rooms to Let, etc. related uses.
• Use of Commercial Stores (in general).
• Use of Offices
• Use as Event Venue, Art Galleries, Exhibition Organizer etc. related uses.
The use of the entire property as a business of purely Health Interest is explicitly prohibited, but the possibility of secondary / auxiliary / supportive use for the main use, the operation of a café, restaurant, bistro, refreshment venue, etc. is provided.
