The Wallem Group appointed Mr Ioannis Stefanou as CEO of Wallem Ship Management, being in charge of the company’s ship management activities throughout the world.
Mr. Stefanou joined Wallem Ship Management in April 2014 as head of the Technical Management. Over his career, he has worked for a number of well-known ship management companies and private ship operators. He holds a BA in both Marine Technology and Technical Management of Ship Operations and he is a Chartered Engineer registered with Engineering Council UK.
John-Kaare Aune, CEO of Wallem Group, commented: “I am pleased to present John as CEO of Wallem Ship Management. He has won the respect of the shipping industry and he will bring a wide range of technical, operational and commercial experience and knowledge.”
