ASE shares end 0.55% lower

Shares at the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) ended slightly lower on Tuesday, pushing the general index toward 890-point mark.

The ASE general index fell 0.5 percent to end at 891.46 points, up the day’s high of 897.99 points.

The Large Cap index ended down by 0.57 percent and the Mid Cap index fell by 0.50 percent.

Turnover was 51.85 million euros, in a volume of 23,371,066 shares

Broadly, decliners led advancers by 68 to 46, with another 23 issues unchanged.
