Cenergy Holdings on Thursday announced 36-percent higher 2022 nine-month revenues compared to the corresponding period of 2021, or 1.04 billion euros in absolute terms.
The ATHEX- and Euronext-listed company said operational profitability improved significantly during Q3, pushing adjusted EBITDA to 94.7 million euros for the first nine months of 2022 (up 16 percent y-o-y), with the cables segment remaining the main driver, while steel pipes performance also improved during the quarter.
In a press release, Cenergy said order backlog grow rapidly during the last quarter, leading to a new high level of 1.75 billion euros as of Sept. 30, 2022.
Consolidated pre-tax profit rose by 51 percent y-o-y to 53.1 million euros, with net profits after tax at 44.1 million euros — up 44 percent y-o-y from five million euros in the first nine months of 2021.
