Great Place to Work, a leader in workplace environment research, announced its 2024 list for Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Europe with six Greek businesses securing a spot in the top 100.
Companies and organizations were selected based on data from a workplace environment survey, which gathered insights from over 1.3 million employees across Europe, who represented the work experiences of more than 2 million workers across the continent. 300,000 responses came from companies eligible for the list, based on which the assessment was made.
To qualify for the European list companies had to first be recognized on their national Best Workplaces list. Furthermore, they have to employ between 50 and 499 workers and must be “Great Place to Work Certified”.
This certification is based on the confidential survey responses of employees, which evaluate trust, innovation, corporate values and leadership within the companies. Companies are also assessed on the creation of a favorable workplace environment for all their employees, regardless of their position or the work they do.
The companies from Greece that secured a spot on the list are the following:
• Hack The Box
• Motodynamics
• Yodeck
• XM Greece
• Campeόn Gaming
• Transifex
General Manager of Great Place To Work Hellas, Georgios Mavros, congratulated the six Greek businesses for their inclusion in this year’s list. He further emphasized that this recognition highlights the growing influence of Greek businesses at a European level, leading the way in creating great workplaces for all.
