Another newly built liquefied natural gas (LNG Carrier) ship “GasLog Winchester” was received by GasLog!
The XDF type ship with a carrying capacity of 180,000 cubic meters has all the latest usable technologies in the cargo holding system, in the management of gas losses and in propulsion.
It is the fourth and final in a series of new LNG Carriers delivered to GasLog by Samsung Heavy Industries and chartered at Cheniere to export LNG.
GasLog, from Akti Miaouli, controls a fleet of 35 LNG carriers, 17 of which belong to GasLog, three of which have been sold through “sale and lease Back” to a subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. , CMBFL and ICBC respectively and are employed through long-term chartering by GasLog and the remaining 15 belong to GasLog ‘s subsidiary, GasLog Partners LP.
