Mytilineos green bond issue 4 times oversubscribed

Mytilineos SA on Friday announced the successful completion of a 500-million-euro green bond issue.

A book-building process was four times oversubscribed with bids sumbitted by Greek and foreign investors totaling 1.8 billion euros, while the interest rate of the issue was set at 2.25 pct.

The proceeds of the bond issue will be used to repay existing debt and to finance investments in the renewable energy sector.
