
Following its announcement on 28 June 2021, Coca-Cola HBC AG (“Coca-Cola HBC”) is announcing the acquisition of a 30% equity shareholding in Casa del Caffè Vergnano (“Caffè Vergnano”).
Caffè Vergnano is one of the oldest coffee roasters in Italy offering a truly premium, high-quality coffee. As part of this deal, Coca-Cola HBC has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement for Caffè Vergnano’s products in Coca-Cola HBC’s territories outside of Italy.
