
Wolt and AB Vassilopoulos announced their collaboration, which started on Thursday July 21 with the first five AB stores in Attica. These are the stores in Elliniko, Petralona, Perissos, Vrilissia and Nea Erythraia. This new collaboration enriches the options available to Wolt customers, who will now be able to do their supermarket shopping from AB Vassilopoulos stores, easily and quickly, from the comfort of their home or office.
More than 4,500 product codes are available in Wolt’s application, covering all categories, such as dairy, cold cuts, but also personal care and hygiene products, cleaning and household items, according to the relevant update. The available products will be regularly renewed with new labels and unique offers, in order to meet the daily demands of modern households.
Delivery times
Shopping from AB Vasilopoulos stores via Wolt arrives at the door of consumers from Monday to Saturday, from 09:30 to 19:30, in about 40 minutes.
In addition, consumers can enjoy the benefits of the application, such as live tracking that provides the ability to track the progress of the order in real time. The app’s menu is accompanied by photos, further simplifying shopping, while a reminder that transactions at Wolt are done by card or cash, with customers able to schedule delivery at a day and time that suits them for even greater convenience. In fact, in case of need, they have at their disposal the customer service team, which responds in less than 40 seconds on average.
Expanding to new areas
Dimitris Karelos, General Manager of Wolt for Greece, Cyprus and Malta noted that the new partnership combines Wolt’s technological superiority with the excellent quality of AB Vassilopoulos products for the benefit of customers.
It is worth noting that soon new AB stores will be added to the Wolt application, extending the service to Thessaloniki, Larissa, Patras, Volos, Heraklion and Chania.
