Greece’s relevant energy and environment minister on Wednesday announced the disbursement of electricity bill subsidies for retail commercial consumers of up to a ceiling of 35 kVA, including bakeries and professional farmers.
The measure aims at containing wholesale power rates for SMEs.
The subsidy, of up to 85 million euros, will affect February and March 2023, according to minister Costas Skrekas.
The subsidies are expected to affect 1.25 million power consumers.
