
Lamda Development is in advanced negotiations for the acquisition of the McArthurGlen discount shopping center in Spata, as stated in a relevant announcement to the Stock Exchange.
In particular, as the company states in its announcement to the Stock Exchange: “LAMDA DEVELOPMENT S.A. following publications in the electronic press, informs the investing public that it is in advanced negotiations for the acquisition of the company that owns the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Athens discount village in Spata, Attica prefecture.
The Company will inform the investing public in a timely manner, with its newest announcement, about the conclusion of the relevant negotiations”.
Through this move, Lamda Development aims to expand its investments in the Malls sector (Lamda Malls, The Mall Athens), which appears strengthened in the first quarter of 2022 and is expected to be spun off in 2023.
The joint-stock company with the name “Lamda Ellinikon Malls and Commercial Properties Holding Sole Proprietorship, Holdings and Real Estate Development” and distinctive title “Lamda Ellinikon Mall Holdings” was founded last May, with a share capital of 234 million euros.
