AVAX is selling Volterra

AVAX has started the process of selling Volterra.

As mentioned in a relevant announcement: “Following the stock exchange announcement of AVAX SA from 25.11.2021 (the” Company “) regarding publications pertaining to the subsidiary Volterra SA, and following a relevant renewal of its strategic plan, we inform the investing public that Company – under the guidance of a financial advisor – has initiated a process of discussions with interested investors for this subsidiary. At present, there is no final outcome of the discussions or any agreement for the transfer of this subsidiary or part thereof.

AVAX will take into account the possible cessation of the relevant activity, in accordance with the conditions of IFRS 5, in the financial statements of 2021 which will be published on 27.04.2022.

For any change in the above, the Company will make the appropriate disclosures to inform the investing public “.
