Following the completion of the offering by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund of the shares of the company “National Bank of Greece SA”, the Athens Stock Exchange announces the change of the investability weight (Free Float) of the company from 60% to 82% in the indices in which it participates.
The change will affect the composition of the following indices:
• ATHEX Composite Price Index
• ATHEX Total Return Composite Index
• FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap Index
• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index
• FTSE/ATHEX Banks Index
Moreover, the Weight Factor of the company in the ATHEX ESG Index will change from 57.00% to 77.90%.
All changes will be effective from the session of Wednesday November 22nd, 2023
