
Real estate reservations registered on short-term rental platforms for the three days of August 15th have reached 100%. Pre-bookings in Mykonos reached 94%, with the total rental cost for three nights in a 80 sq.m. property in Chora starting from 1,736 euros.
In Santorini, bookings have reached 98%. The cost of renting a 70 sq.m. house in Fira for three nights starts from 1,642 euros.
In Paros, it will be difficult for anyone to find an Airbnb-type property to rent as reservations reach 99%, with the cost of renting a residence of 95 sq.m. in the Marpissa area for a family of four starting from 1,178 euros for three nights. In Skiathos, Skopelos, Kythnos and Patmos, pre-bookings reach 100% for the days of August 15th.

According to the research carried out by the Hellenic E-Real Estates Network, Naxos is the island that is making an impression in the Cyclades this summer. From very early on it recorded impressive occupancy rates. A fact that is mainly due to the “reasonable” for this year’s accommodation costs, but also to the affordable cost of food in restaurants. The cost for three nights on the fifteenth of August in a residence of 90 sq.m. starts at 982 euros, with pre-booking reaching 99%.
In Syros, the cost of renting a house of 100 sq.m. for three nights starts from 729 euros, while in Andros the pre-bookings reached 99%. In Tinos the cost of renting a 55 sq.m. house in Chora reaches 1,170 euros for three nights, while in Spetses a residence of 60 sq.m. rents for 1,136 euros and in Hydra for a 70 sq.m. residence one pays 1,456 euros.
The Ionian islands, Zakynthos, Kefalonia and Lefkada, record pre-bookings of 98%, 99% and 99% respectively. Aegina and Kea monopolize the interest of travelers this summer. In Aegina the cost of renting a 70 sq.m. house for three nights is 540 euros and it costs 909 euros to rent a two bedroom house on Kea in the Vourkari area for three nights.
