A mild earthquake, measuring 3.8R, was recorded on Monday evening some kilometers east, northeast of Thebes, in south-central Greece and due north of the greater Athens area.
The quake was recorded at 22.39 local time (20.39 GMT), at a depth of 7.2 kilometers, and was felt in some greater Athens districts.
