The Authority for State Revenue (AADE) is expected to make known to the personal accounts of 7.3 million property owners in Taxisnet until Saturday, April 30, the amount that they have to pay. The payment of the ENFIA property tax will start from the end of May and will be made in 10 equal monthly installments. This year’s bill will not be as high as the last year’s.
This year, about 5 million property owners will pay less. For about 900,000 taxpayers, the ENFIA clearance will be reduced by even more than 30%. Moreover, for 900,000 owners there will be no change, while it is estimated that 350,000 taxpayers will pay more tax compared to 2021, with the largest charges arising for about 180,000 owners.
How to find the ENFIA clearances
The ENFIA clearances can be found by the taxpayers on the myAADE digital portal of AADE using their Taxisnet codes.
