Fourlis Group on Tuesday announced sales of 439.8 million euros in 2021, up from 370.6 in 2020, an increase of 18.7 percent.
Online sales reached 77.8 million compared to 60.1 million euros in 2020, an increase of 29.4 percent.
EBITDA totaled 38.1 million euros in 2021, compared to 20.4 million euros in the previous year, while consolidated profits before taxes rose by 23.1 million euros, totaling 12.1 million euros in 2021, compared with losses of 11.0 million euros in before taxes the previous year.
Fourlis operates the IKEA, Intersport and The Athlete’s Foot brands in Greece. At the group level, it posted net profits of 11.5 million euros in 2021, and proposing a shareholder’s dividend of 0.11 euros per share, subject to the approval of an ordinary general assembly this year.
Net debt as Dec. 31, 2021 was 135.8 million euros, compared to 105.4 million euros on the last day of 2020.
