One of three Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) cruise ships plying the Mediterranean this summer will be homeported at the port of Piraeus (greater Athens area).

Norwegian Jade will begin seven day-cruises (seven overnight stays) to the Greek isles beginning on July 25, visiting between five to eight ports, and with the maximum time in one destination being up to 13 hours.

After the summer peak, another NCL vessel, the Norwegian Gateway, which is based out of Rome’s nearby port, will conduct 10 to 11-day cruises to the Greek isles.

NCL will employ SailSAFE Global Health and Safety Program protocols to ensure public health safety.
